The Potion Brewer is an electric Slimefun machine on Nations that uses ice, glass bottles and potion ingredients to brew potions in batches of 9.
It is one of two electric machines on Nations that can interface with chests; the other is its companion machine, the Potion Flasker.
Potion Brewers only work inside non-peaceful towns.

The Potion Brewer has two input slots on the left:
- Glass Bottles: Glass bottles must be placed here. Outlined with purple in the image above.
- Ice: (Regular) Ice must be placed here. Outlined with light blue in the image above.
The input slots on the right are for potion ingredients. The ingredients must be in the order they would be applied through brewing stands to produce the desired output potion.
In the image above, the ingredients would be applied in the following order: Nether Warts, Magma Cream, Redstone and Gunpowder. This would produce extended splash potions of fire resistance.
The Potion Brewer will begin brewing after being supplied with the necessary ingredients. Each batch of potions takes 45 seconds to brew.

¶ Input and Output Blocks
- If a storage block (e.g. a chest or dropper) is placed directly above a Potion Brewer, the Potion Brewer will attempt to pull Ice and Glass Bottles from this block if it does not have enough to begin brewing.
- If a storage block is placed directly besides a Potion Brewer, the Potion Brewer will attempt to pull potion ingredients from this block if any of the ingredients in the Potion Brewer have a stack size less than 3.
- If a storage block is placed directly below a Potion Brewer, it will push brewed potions into it.
- You can place a Potion Flasker on top of this block to automatically flask the output.
