The Anvil of the Talisman restores an item to full durability upon breaking and is consumed. However, it is not foolproof and depending on the item it may break anyway. All runes and enchantments are compatible with this. Disabled on Nations and enabled on Towny.

This is a non-consumable talisman that gives a 20% chance to double mob drops, except saddles, armor, beheaded heads and inventories of mobs.
