The Caravel is a medium-sized, wooden cargo craft. Its armament is limited to the Small Cannon. Like other transport crafts, Caravels can quickly load and unload items using the cargo commands.
While any wooden vessel is fragile and vulnerable, its direction from other players is hidden on /craftlist
; they can only see its distance.
Caravel use the Naval Direct Control mode. Direct Control mode (/dc
) is superior to manual movement during combat.
This means they will always cruise in the direction of their "front". If you try to cruise sideways, the craft will move diagonally in that direction instead.
The "front" of a Caravel is determined in two ways.
