The Infantry Fighting Vehicle ("IFV") is a land combat vehicle. Its IFV Cannon, while unable to break blocks, is highly effective against players.
Periscopes can be used on IFVs to allow their pilot to change camera position.
The IFV is vulnerable to the Tankgewehr anti-materiel rifle, whose bullets can break concrete and terracotta on it. The likelihood of breakage depends on the bullet's angle of impact with the block - the more perpendicular the angle, the greater the chance of the block breaking.

- Minimum block size of 200
- Maximum block size of 600
- Must be at least 5% Redstone Block
- Must be at least 40% Concrete
- No more than 10% of blocks may be (any) Terracotta
- Terracotta is the armor block. It has a higher blast resistance than normal when piloting the craft.
- No more than 5% of blocks may be (any) Glazed Terracotta
- Glazed Terracotta is the secondary armor block. It is weaker than terracotta but does not merge with turrets.
- No more than 1% of blocks may be Chests, Trapped Chests, Barrels
- No more than 0.75% of blocks may be Beds (2 beds at max size)

¶ Piloting
To pilot an Infantry Fighting Vehicle, you may use the command /pilot IFV while standing on an eligible Infantry Fighting Vehicle. Alternatively, you may right click a sign on the craft that has IFV written on the first line.
