Not to be confused with sieges
Assaults are short battles fought between nations over assault regions, areas of the map which award their controlling nations with passive daily income and items (which are counted as extra nation resources).
Additional details about each assault region can be found using /aregion info <region name>
.
The attack windows are given in the UTC timezone. Convert UTC to your own timezone here.

An assault involves two sides: attackers and defenders.
The objective for both sides is to earn the most points during the assault. How these are earned depends on the type of assault.
While there are differences between PvP and Movecraft assaults, they follow the same progression:
leader
, coleader
or general
must enter the assault region during its attack window and type /assault begin <region name>
.
In a Movecraft assault, the attackers and defenders fight using Movecraft crafts.
The assault starter must be piloting a craft type that is allowed to begin assaults at the region. For example, the Sahara region only allows Tank and Heavy Tank pilots to begin an assault.
Points are awarded by:
A side will earn 8 points per second if it has at least one craft inside the assault region. Bringing additional crafts will not increase the number of points earned.
Both sides earn points by sinking enemy crafts inside the region. Even if a craft leaves the region after entering, it will still lose points when sunk. The points earned from sinking a craft is determined by its type.
Craft Type | Points from Sinking |
---|---|
Corvette | 2000 |
Armed Merchantman | 2000 |
Destroyer | 4000 |
Cruiser | 5000 |
Dreadnought | 7000 |
Aircraft Carrier | 7000 |
Submarine | 3000 |
Tank | 300 |
Heavy Tank | 600 |
Fighter | 150 |
Bomber | 200 |
Truck | 300 |
Zeppelin | 500 |
During naval assaults, releasing or being sunk in a craft that entered the assault region will prevent you from piloting crafts again for 10 minutes.
However, this does not apply if you are piloting a Submarine, Aircraft Carrier, Fighter or Bomber.
When a craft is sunk during an Movecraft Assault, it increases the assault's war chest by ($0.3 x size of craft) – equivalent to the cost of printing the craft using a Shipyard.
A craft sinking only increases the war chest if:
In a PvP assault, the attackers and defenders vie for kills and capping flags placed around the region. Movecraft vehicles cannot enter PvP assault regions during ongoing assaults.
Points are awarded by:
The values for the actions described below may vary by region and can be viewed in-game using /aregion info <region name>

Like with sieges, the following requirements must be met in order to participate in a PvP assault:
soldier
rank in your current nation.
Stand next to a flag to begin capturing it. Holding a flag will earn your side points every second. The colour of the beacon beam will change depending on who controls the flag.
Kill enemy players inside the assault region to earn points. This will also increase the assault war chest.
As soon as a PvP assault begins, participants can teleport to the region using /assault teleport <region name>
. They will spawn at their side's respective spawn point. This action has a short cooldown.
Keep inventory is disabled inside assault regions during the Preparation phase. During the Active phase, they use the siege keep inventory system.
